Restaurant Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities
- Thorough knowledge of luxury guest expectations, and the ability to train and mentor your team to maintain high standards of service.
- Capable of managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including administrative duties, staff development and guest satisfaction.
- A minimum 2 years of Leadership experience in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant.
