Duties:
* Design and oversee ABA treatment programs. * Perform functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments. * Develop treatment plans, including behavior intervention plans, and skills acquisition plans. * Supervise and train therapists/RBT's, in program implementation. * Collect/Analyze behavioral data, monitor client progress, and make changes as needed. * Collaborate/Communicate with families, and other providers such as, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, School Personnel, Physicians. * Conduct staff, teacher, and parent training as needed.
Job Qualifications/Education:
* Must have open availability Monday-Fridays 9:00AM-6:00PM. * Must have BCBA Certification. * Must have a Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.(REQUIRED)/(MUST BE LICENSED) * Minimum of 1-year BCBA experience implementing ABA therapy, and as a supervisor designing ABA programs, as well as, training parents, and other providers on how to implement interventions. * Must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Bilingual (English/Spanish) encouraged.

Pay: $74.00 - $76.00 per hour
