Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned, polished, and maintained to the highest standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for boats and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of boats, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces to achieve a showroom finish.
- Maintain cleanliness of the detailing area and equipment used in the detailing process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with the detailing services provided.
- Drive vehicles to and from the detailing area as necessary while adhering to safety regulations.
- Skills
- Proficient in buffing techniques and equipment operation for optimal results.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot imperfections in vehicle surfaces.
- Experience in washing methods and products that enhance vehicle appearance.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks.
