Job Description: Blue Water Plumbing Solution is seeking a motivated and dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone, email, and live chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and scheduling plumbing services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and plumbing issues. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Collaborate with the plumbing team to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks. Comfortable working in a remote environment. Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer service software. Reliable internet connection. Salary: $28 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
