Position on-call Server / Bartender
Reporting Relationship Restaurant Manager

Position Summary:
The On-call server / bartender is there to make sure our customers receive prompt, friendly service in our restaurants & special events at all times.
Core Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant or outlets
Secure drink orders and take food orders if applicable in an efficient manner.
Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed.
Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Good communication skills verbal and written
High work ethic and self-initiative
Regular attendance according to established guidelines
May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
Focus and maintain attention to multiple tasks in a short time period, and complete work assignments within deadline demands, despite frequent interruptions
Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times
Must complete food handler and alcohol awareness training as required
Must practice all food handling guidelines
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Lift approximately thirty (30) pounds
Grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, pulling, pushing, listening and hearing ability and visual ability
