Our Instructional Salary Placement Guide for the 2025-2026 School Year offers compensation information for newly hired teachers. You can expect to earn between $62,700 and $104,700 annually depending on verified years of full-time, certified, K-12 teaching experience. Verification forms will be provided to applicants upon hire. Explore our comprehensive 2026 Benefits Guide with insurance premium rates conveniently listed on page 13. Choose between the Florida Retirement System Pension Plan or Investment Plan.
