As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing territory assignments, conducting product demos, and negotiating contracts to maximize sales opportunities.
Roofing sales manager Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific markets.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Oversee territory management to ensure optimal coverage and customer engagement.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Roofing sales manager Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, retail sales, or technical sales is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Experience in managing a sales team or territory management is highly desirable.
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
