- Ensure all charges for rental and sale items are accurately processed
- Ensure all safety precautions are implemented and monitored
- Assists guests with the appropriate use of aquatics facility.
- Maintains the highest quality standards in the pool area.
- Monitors the pool area and replenishes all amenities offered.
- Completes work projects as assigned by supervisor and managers.
- Restocks all BOH areas with supplies for FOH replenishment
- Adheres to safety precautions and procedures for using hazardous chemicals and ensures economical and safe use of supplies and equipment.
- Provides assistance and direction to our guests when necessary.
- Identifies and reports all maintenance issues.
- Reports articles left behind to Lost and Found.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior luxury hotel or hospitality experience preferred
