Overview
Ron Jon Surf Shop is seeking an experienced manager to join our winning team. Our store management maintains Ron Jon's high standards of guest service and leadership of team members while maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, operational and facility management.
Salary is based on experience; Starts at $50k.
No relocation assistance available. Must reside within commuting distance to our Key West location.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- 1yr. management experience
- 3-5yrs. retail experience
- Stand and/ or move around for extended periods of time.
- Reach, carry, bend and climb ladders occasionally.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
