Office & Marketing Representative

This position is responsible for the 1st impressions to the public, potential clients, agents and the public. A friendly, helpful demeanor along with patience is necessary. Professional appearance and behavior required. Maintaining a smooth flowing office is critical. This person is responsible to keep the office in working order and professional appearance. This position supports the management team.
Organization, clear communication, time management, self-initiative and problem solving are required to effectively perform this job.
Specific Duties include:
1. Receive visitors to the office and provide assistance
2. Answer phones and assist caller to get information they need
3. Manage the front balcony display
4. Assist with updates to website and assure accuracy
5. Assist with public relations including press releases
6. Assist with advertising- print and digital as needed
7. Assist Broker with office and sales management
8. Assure all office equipment is operational and well maintained
9. Another key part of this position is the review and tracking all incoming real estate sales contracts, listings and referrals for all sales throughout all offices.
10. Assist agents with use of office equipment, personal marketing efforts (mailing & social media), etc.
11. Ensure office is clean and tidy daily. (Oversee cleaners)
12. Ensure supplies are ordered in timely fashion
13. Special projects as assigned
14. Assist, plan, and decorate for all Company related parties (weekend events included)
JOB TYPE: Full-time (Salary), occasional after hours events/weekends each year.
