From thrilling Duckpin Bowling and adrenaline-pumping Axe Throwing to our prize-filled Arcade and mouthwatering food & craft beverages, we're the ultimate destination for family fun. Recognized as the best new business in the upper Keys and voted best place to take the kids in 2024 AND 2023, we're making waves in the Keys, and we're looking for a wave-maker to join our crew!
As our Assistant General Manager, you'll be:
- An Ambassador of Fun: Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled pirate ship (minus the scurvy, of course!).
- A Master Communicator: Building rapport with guests, staff, and vendors with your clear, friendly, and professional communication.
- Scheduling Savant: Crafting efficient staffing schedules that keep the fun flowing and our crew happy.
- POS Pro: Mastering our 3+ POS systems like a ninja, ensuring smooth transactions and keeping the cash register singing.
- Reservations Guru: Welcoming guests, onboarding reservations, and making sure every party starts on a high note.
- Kitchen Liaison: Working hand-in-hand with our culinary crew to ensure delicious food and happy bellies.
- Customer Care Champion: Addressing concerns with a smile and a solution, turning frowns upside down.
- Quality Control Chief mate: Keeping an eagle eye on everything from equipment to service, ensuring Pinfish remains the top dog (or should we say, dolphin?) in family fun.
- Inventory Ace: Ordering supplies and keeping our shelves stocked with smiles (and laser tag ammo).
- Delivery Deckhand: Managing deliveries and restocking merchandise, making sure the fun never runs out.

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
